Description of problem:

When a server sends 2 WWW-Authenticate header like:

HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized
WWW-Authenticate: Negotiate
WWW-Authenticate: Negotiate

curl does not respond with Authorization header.

I believe this was fixed by the following upstream commit:
