This package has changed maintainer in the Fedora. Reassigning to the new maintainer of this component.
This has been updated in rawhide, but we consider backporting it depending on how much work it will be.
The backporting will not happen on stable Fedora's, due to extra dependencies required. However twine has been updated to version 2.0.0 for Fedora 32 and Fedora 31.
