We need to document https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1753688.

When a user adds a new disk using OCS storage class on VM Disks tab, the new disks has always volumeMode set to Filesystem, no matter what is configured in kubevirt-storage-defaults configMap.

BZ#1753688 is already tracked as a Known Issue on the Release Notes PR Audrey linked to in the previous comment.
