clementine doesn't seem to be branched already for epel8 : (https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/clementine/branches?branchname=master) I see that it wasn't even branched for epel7, even if people were using a rebuild from another third-party repository (nux-dextop), just using the fedora src.rpm. Is that possible to branch it, and then build/provide it through epel8 ? Thanks a lot !
It won't happen soon as there is a lot of missing dependencies.
Thanks a lot for the fast answer on this request. I indeed guess that plenty of pkgs need first to enter epel8-testing and then epel8 to satisfy BuildRequires: and/or even Requires: We'll see how that goes, thanks PS : FWIW, I tried the clementine variant from flatpak/flathub and it doesn't really work : you can play music but it doesn't integrate well in desktop env, flicker in the menu (probably also X vs wayland) etc .. so I thought that a native app would work better
