Description of problem:
virt-launcher is not upgraded when 2.1.0-alpha is upgraded to 2.1.0

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
virt-launcher:v2.1.0-10 in cnv 2.1.0 - alpha


How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install cnv 2.1.0-alpha from brew
2. create and start a vm
3. observe virt-launcher version
4. upgrade to 2.1.0

Logs attached

Actual results:
virt-launcher version is not upgraded, however other virt components do

Expected results:
virt-launcher version upgrade

That is the correct behavior. For 2.1.0 we are aiming for non-interrupting updates which do not interrupt the workload (thus launcher).
