Also happens with Server Version: 4.3.0-0.nightly-2019-11-02-092336 Kubernetes Version: v1.16.2 Planetscale has pushed the missing image back to the Red Hat container registry and I have verified operator installation as a result. In terms of permanent resolution, "We're actually in the process of open-sourcing a completely reworked version of our operator, so I'm holding off on submitting a new bundle until that work is complete." Able to pull and run the Operator now. Successfully pulled image "registry.connect.redhat.com/planetscale/operator:0.1.8" Marking as VERIFIED. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
