Description of problem:

Unable to install PlanetScale Operator due to the absence of image registry.connect.redhat.com/planetscale/operator:0.1.8

1. Create PlanetScale Operator on OperatorHub

Actual results:
Back-off pulling image "registry.connect.redhat.com/planetscale/operator:0.1.8"

Expected results:
Operator should be installed successfully

Planetscale has pushed the missing image back to the Red Hat container registry and I have verified operator installation as a result. In terms of permanent resolution, "We're actually in the process of open-sourcing a completely reworked version of our operator, so I'm holding off on submitting a new bundle until that work is complete."

Able to pull and run the Operator now. 

Successfully pulled image "registry.connect.redhat.com/planetscale/operator:0.1.8"
