Moving to modified since there's no real fix for 4.2 or 4.3 so this is just process and QE needs to check that verify jobs run in master and 4.2 branch....

Inspecting a recent master/4.3 verify job (https://github.com/openshift/machine-config-operator/pull/1145) shows that everything is working as expected
