I upgraded from Fedora 30 to 31 and got a warning: Warning: The SSH configuration option 'PermitRootLogin' has not been set. The default value may be 'yes', to allow root access. /etc/ssh/sshd_config changed from: PermitRootLogin yes to #PermitRootLogin prohibit-password Changing ALLOW_SSH_ROOT_USER=yes to ALLOW_SSH_ROOT_USER=unset in /etc/rkhunter.conf makes the warning disappear.
