Description of problem:
docbook-utils-pdf is missing from RHEL-8/CentOS-8 while docbook-utils is available.

I miss the docbook2pdf command line tool to generate my PDF SystemImager doc which is in docbook sgml format

IS it possible to add the missing part to EPEL or request upstream to not strip down the docbook-utils package?

Package is still missing, can someone statute on this at least?
