Description of problem:
After the upgrade from 2.1.0-alpha to 2.1.o the UI displays like CNV installed in all namespaces, however I don't see CNV installed in other namespaces in CLI.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
bundle 72

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install 2.1.0 - alpha, cnv is installed only in openshift-cnv
2. upgrade to 2.1.0 manually or by the qe-upgrade script
3. see Installed operators tab

UI displays CNV installed in all namespaces

Expected results:
UI showing CNV installed only in openshift-cnv namespace

I have just checked that before the update. Both installation of 2.1.0-alpha and 2.1.0 (brew bundle 88) are displayed in all namespaces in UI. Screenshofts are attached
