Update: we are missing collectd providing write_syslog subpackage.
A fix has been submitted for EPEL here: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/collectd/pull-request/3
In the meanwhile we are trying to build it in copr but we are blocked there by an outage in the build system.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.4.0 release, published on May 20th 2020.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.4.0 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
