perl-Net-MQTT-Simple-1.23-2.fc31.noarch has a bug that gives the following error: Can't use string ("main::publish") as a symbol ref while "strict refs" in use at /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl/Net/MQTT/Simple.pm line 62. Version 1.24 of MQTT::Simple has been released to fix this. See: https://metacpan.org/release/Net-MQTT-Simple/source/lib/Net/MQTT/Simple.pm#L62 Please update package to 1.24 to resolve this problem.
