Not Found on VMs page

Description of problem:
If there is no any <workload>, UI will display a message
"No <workload_name> Found"

However for VMs page, it shows just "Not Found"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.1.0 bundle 99 brew

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install 2.1.0 bundle 99 on brew
2. go to UI, Workloads, check every screen
3.

Actual results:
see screnshots

Expected results:
No Virtual Machines found
