Description of problem:
On Network Interfaces screen of VMs, there is a button "Create Nic". It should be "Create NIC".

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.1.0 bundle 99 brew, ocp 4.2

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install 2.1.0 bundle 99 brew
2. create VM
3. open that VM screen in UI, go to Network Interfaces tab, see Create Nic button

Actual results:
Create Nic

Expected results:
Create NIC

it's "Create Network Interface" now, verified on 4.3.0-0.nightly-2019-11-02-092336
