1. just run install

   ```
   # yum install okular

   Error: 
    Problem: package okular-18.12.2-1.epel8.playground.1.x86_64 requires okular-part(x86-64) = 18.12.2-1.epel8.playground.1, but none of the providers can be installed
     - conflicting requests
     - nothing provides libpoppler-qt5.so.1()(64bit) needed by okular-part-18.12.2-1.epel8.playground.1.x86_64
   (try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)
   ```

I'm still seeing this problem:

yum install kdegraphics-mobipocket-18.12.2-1.el8 okular-18.12.2-1.el8.1
This system is not registered with Red Hat Satellite or Spacewalk server.
Red Hat Satellite or Spacewalk based repositories will be disabled.
Updating Subscription Management repositories.
Last metadata expiration check: 0:04:25 ago on Mon 02 Mar 2020 03:54:49 PM EST.
Package kdegraphics-mobipocket-18.12.2-1.el8.x86_64 is already installed.
Error: 
 Problem: package okular-18.12.2-1.el8.1.x86_64 requires okular-part(x86-64) = 18.12.2-1.el8.1, but none of the providers can be installed
