Description of problem:
It seems old CSV/HCO version is used for MarketPlace deployment of 2.1.0 on stage.

1. deploy 2.1.0 from stage using marketplace-qe-testing script
2.

Actual results:
node labeller and template pods are failing
installation logs and csv attached
