Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install a fresh RHEL-7.8 system ( RHEL-7.8-20191009.6 build of the Server variant in my case)
2. Install PCP Testsuite ( yum install -y pcp pcp-testsuite )
3. Run the sanity set of tests ( cd /var/lib/pcp/testsuite && ./check -g sanity )

Actual results:
AVC reports as mentioned above

Expected results:
No AVC reports in the audit log
