Build cjdns for EPEL8.

Missing dependencies: nodejs-ronn and gyp

I can probably work around gyp for now by reverting code to use system gyp and use the old embedded gyp instead.  But that does not support python3, and python2 is EOL in a few months.

Built without man pages since ronn is not yet available.
