Describe the issue: Zone parameter is deprecated but AWS EBS definition example still contains zone parameter

Suggestions for improvement: remove #2 annotation and ref description

Verified this has been remedied on 4.1 (https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.1/storage/dynamic-provisioning.html#aws-definition_dynamic-provisioning) and 4.2. Ready for 4.3 upon release. Closing bug.
