The installed version of Preupgrade Assistant allows upgrade only to the system version 7.6. The ISO used for upgrade is the latest available (Snapshot 4) RHGS 3.5.0 RHEL 7.7 ISO. RHEL-6 -> RHEL-7 upgrade is made available with the below RHEL packages at the RHGS-3.5-RHEL-6 . As those are the latest released builds at RHGSS-3.5-RHEL-6 ISO, these are the feature limitation that we have.
