Description of problem:
Nothing works except tapping, If I want to scroll it selects text or just get stuck.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
69.0.3; latest nightly 71+ from upstream

How reproducible:
Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Use firefox on a touch screen
2.
3.

Actual results:
scroll and touch gestures doesn't work

Expected results:
Everything should have worked just like in Firefox on Windows or other browsers.

Additional info:
Tested on ThinkPad T440s

I am experiencing the same problem, and I have been experiencing for the last year, since I've got a ThinkPad T440s with touchscreen.
System:  Fedora KDE Spin 30
