Description of problem:

rpm re-parses its command line and breaks when the path of an RPM includes space
characters.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
# rpm -q rpm   
rpm-4.4.1-22


How reproducible:
# rpm -i My\ Downloads/skype-1.2.0.18-fc3.i586.rpm 
error: open of My failed: No such file or directory
error: open of Downloads/skype-1.2.0.18-fc3.i586.rpm failed: No such file or
directory


Expected results:
Install the right RPM
