Description of problem: PSD2 with strong customer authentication has been implemented in Europe, which leads to the current version of KMyMoney (5.0.6) not usable (all my banks stopped working in Germany). This makes the severity of the upgrade urgent despite the small change in version. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): $ rpm -qa | grep -e kmymoney -e gwenhywfar -e aqbanking kmymoney-doc-5.0.6-1.fc30.noarch kmymoney-libs-5.0.6-1.fc30.x86_64 gwenhywfar-gui-cpp-4.20.0-4.fc30.x86_64 kmymoney-5.0.6-1.fc30.x86_64 gwenhywfar-gui-qt5-4.20.0-4.fc30.x86_64 gwenhywfar-4.20.0-4.fc30.x86_64 aqbanking-5.8.2-1.fc30.x86_64 According to https://kmymoney.org/release-notes.php KMyMoney now requires a Gwenhywfar minimum version of 4.99.16 and an AqBanking version of 5.99.32. How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. try to actualize a bank account Actual results: connection is rejected because of missing strong customer authentication Expected results: it works (I don't know how it will look like, but it should work) Additional info: Consider the note for upgrade of aqbanking package: Users who have a working setup with an older AqBanking version need to consult the AqBanking Wiki for update instructions before launching KMyMoney 5.0.7 to keep/update their current configuration.
This message is a reminder that Fedora 30 is nearing its end of life. Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 30 on 2020-05-26. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time this bug will be closed as EOL if it remains open with a Fedora 'version' of '30'. Package Maintainer: If you wish for this bug to remain open because you plan to fix it in a currently maintained version, simply change the 'version' to a later Fedora version. Thank you for reporting this issue and we are sorry that we were not able to fix it before Fedora 30 is end of life. If you would still like to see this bug fixed and are able to reproduce it against a later version of Fedora, you are encouraged change the 'version' to a later Fedora version prior this bug is closed as described in the policy above. Although we aim to fix as many bugs as possible during every release's lifetime, sometimes those efforts are overtaken by events. Often a more recent Fedora release includes newer upstream software that fixes bugs or makes them obsolete.
The version of aqbanking in F31 is still 5.8.2 so the issue isn't solved there. Should the ticket be reassigned? I'll check F32 as soon as I've upgraded, next week or so.
Fedora 32 is currently using the newer aqbanking.
Thats very good news, thanks for this! I'll upgrade and check it asap. I can give feedback in this ticket, and then close it (hopefully), or we can close the ticket, and I can open a new one if something goes wrong, as you want.
$ rpm -qa aqbanking gwenhywfar kmymoney aqbanking-6.0.1-2.fc32.x86_64 kmymoney-5.0.8-2.fc32.x86_64 gwenhywfar-5.1.2-2.fc32.x86_64 Works more or less, there are still issues but I'll handle them in follow-up bug reports (under my private account).
