This is needed for perl-Any-Moose, and to properly bootstrap perl-Mouse.

Overrides are in place until 7th November for perl-Moose and its dependencies.

Actually it's not needed for perl-Any-Moose, which is now done, but for perl-Pod-Coverage-Moose, which is needed for the post-bootstrap rebuild of perl-Mouse.
