Description of problem: While trying to install spacemacs many packages are not downloaded and there are issues with signatures. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): emacs-26.2-1.fc30 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1) `git clone https://github.com/syl20bnr/spacemacs ~/.emacs.d` 2) `emacs`. This would be helpful. From https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/emacs-devel/2019-08/msg00577.html : > This release is mainly a maintenance release, which contains a new GPG key for GNU ELPA packages. Hi Wes, yes that should work. I think you can also use `koji download-build -a x86_64 -a noarch 1376499`.
Could Emacs please receive the update also on the stable branches? This is a pretty big show stopper to use Emacs on Fedora 30 & 31.
I also vote for a update for F31/30. And I am happy to co-maintain emacs. My FAS ID is 'cheeselee'.

This is very low priority for me right now and I'm not able to fix it. I have added commit rights for both "cheeselee" and "defolos". Feel free to commit a fix.
