Description of problem:

Sanju and Mohit have been contributing in cli/glusterd code space over last few years and have been vigilant in fixing bugs in timely manner and reviewing patches. This is a proposal to make them co maintainers in GlusterFS community to have them as maintainers of glusterd/cli.
