Customer is performing a new UPI install of 4.2.0 The cluster is reporting that the Monitoring operator degraded - Reason - UpdatingnodeExporterFailed. I have requested a must-gather from the customer.

CI failed with the same reason, and I've opened bug 1840885.  CI has a must-gather, but I didn't re-open this ticket because there would be no way to know if it was actually a dup or not without a customer must-gather or other customer feedback.
