Description of problem:
Installing of host 4.4 (d/s version) on the d/s engine4.3 fails to execute stage 'Environment customization

How reproducible:100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install ovirt-engine-4.3.7.0-0.1.el7.noarch . Add to engine host with vdsm vdsm-4.30.34-1.el7ev.x86_64.
2. Try to add new host 4.4 (d/s) to the engine (compute/hosts/new). http://bob.eng.lab.tlv.redhat.com/builds/4.4/rhv-4.4.0-4/rhv-release-4.4.0-4-001.noarch.rpm


Actual results:
fails with errors
