1. Install pdfshuffler-0.6.0-17.fc31.noarch which also installs pypoppler-0.12.2-11.fc31.x86_64 and python2-PyPDF2-1.26.0-8.fc31.noarch
2. Execute

Actual results:

Error: Could not import pdfshuffler
Cause: No module named pyPdf

Expected results:

Should run...
