Description of problem:
Please build rsnapshot for EPEL 8.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rsnapshot-1.4.2-8.fc31

Actual results:
No rsnapshot in EPEL 8.

Expected results:
rsnapshot-1.4.2-8.el8 - or better ;-)

Additional info:
Please let me know if you are not interested in maintaining the package on EPEL 8 branch.
