Yes, it has been retired from Fedora because it fails to build from source (starting in the Fedora 30 development cycle!). See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1675889 for more details.
Just for the record, I was able to migrate to keepass: 1. in revelation, export your passwords to an XML file. Note it will be plain text, unencrypted, so do it in a save place. 2. in keepass, import "revelation XML" and it will read in this file and import everything 3. delete the plain-text XML password file.
Since this is an obsolete package, i close this bug.
If it is any help to anyone, Ubuntu/Debian still (at end 2019) supports Revelation.
