Description of problem:
The ManaPlus package seems to be really old. The last available build (in latest Fedora) is manaplus-1.3.10.27.2-8.fc23 (from 2015), every later build failed, as can be seen here: https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/manaplus/

The ManaPlus package seems to be missing in Fedora 31. If the package was deprecated, feel free to close this bz.
