Description of problem:
Enable bulk custom repositories for hosts is not allowed.
Only official repositories appear in the search.

Satellite 6.4.z and 6.5.z

100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a custom product and repository
2. Go to menu "Hosts > Content Hosts"
3. Select 1 or more hosts
4. Click "Select Action > Manage Repository Sets"

Actual results:
Custom repositories do not appear in the list, only official repositories.


Expected results:
Appear all configured repositories: official and custom.
