Description Angelina Vasileva 2019-11-01 15:55:29 UTC
Description of problem:
When logs are collected using redhat-support-tool, there's no server and region name, unlike with other log depots. So in case of multiple appliances, it results in the several archives with the same name.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.10.12.3

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configuration -> Diagnostics -> Collect Logs -> Edit
2. Type: Red Hat Support
3. Save
4. Collect -> Collect current logs

Actual results:
Archives don't have the name of the region and server in the name
https://access.redhat.com/support/cases/#/case/02508570

Expected results:
Something like "Current_region_0_default_1_EVM_1_20170127_043343_20170127_051010.zip"

Additional info:
There's more impact if there are several appliances in CFME, because it creates several files with the same name.

Comment 2 Joe Rafaniello 2019-11-04 12:29:03 UTC
Note, I don't believe red hat dropbox uploaded them with identifiers for the server/region/zone either, see also: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1660143#c9

Comment 3 Angelina Vasileva 2019-11-04 13:02:19 UTC
I believe it did have the identifiers following https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1765635#c15

I don't insist since I couldn't check, even "ls" command doesn't work anymore for me in dropbox.
