Install a recent OpenShift 4.3 build, and try to start Grafana dashboards, i.e. https://grafana-openshift-monitoring.apps.<cluster>.devcluster.openshift.com/

A blank page is rendered with the following content:

html/template: "index" is undefined

Did not see this error before, can not reproduce
