Description of problem: None of jetty, jetty-spring and jetty-cdi can be installed on Fedora 31. Spring Framework and Weld were retired from the distro, so we are no longer able to build jetty-cdi and jetty-spring. I have added appropriate obsoletes in the update detailed in comment #1.
