Description of problem:
set minikube version to 1.14.0 in the EO csv

The PR is for cluster-logging operaror. Shall we fix it in elasticsearch-operator?

The fix is in CSV: elasticsearch-operator.4.2.19-202002121046. But the fix is not in the advisory/51255,
which the CSV is : elasticsearch-operator.4.2.19-202002101212. So move to Modified
