I would like to ask a build of rubygem-multi_json for EPEL 8.

Would you mind requesting the branches and build them?
This package is specially important for puppet, also filed (#1748525).

This package is/was mine in the EPEL space.  I have been the only person who built it in EPEL7.
Getting this straightened out, and then I'll see about building it.

As a Fedora rubygem-multi_json owner, I am not interested in maintaining EPEL, but I won't object if somebody is going to maintain EPEL branches.
