Description of problem:

When testing nftable support in keepalived I noticed that it's missing 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

2.0.18

How reproducible:

Always 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to configure nftables in keepalived
2.

Actual results:

Error msq in logs

Expected results:

Keepalived package being build/configure with nftable support

I could somewhat understand you ignored most of my changes to the spec file since the component needs better split into sub-packages anyway, a work that I'm currently working on but is there any particular reason why you did not merge the submitted packaging guideline changes here [1] to the spec file. 

That pull request has been left un-merged for six months now.
