A white space appears on admin portal

Description of problem:
There is a white space line appears between upper masthead menu to vertical one reproduced only on d/s admin portal installation.

This is a regression caused by https://code.engineering.redhat.com/gerrit/#/c/181478/ fix.

This bug report has Keywords: Regression or TestBlocker.
Since no regressions or test blockers are allowed between releases, it is also being identified as a blocker for this release. Please resolve ASAP.

Tried it on Version 4.4.0-0.20.master.el7 with ovirt-engine-ui-extensions-1.0.13-1.el7ev.noarch and no white space is visible, therefore verified.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.4.0 release, published on May 20th 2020.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.4.0 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
