Comment 1 Rubén 2019-11-10 10:54:41 UTC
The same happens with other packages, e.g., eclipse-m2e-core:
Error:
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides maven-archetype-registry needed by eclipse-m2e-core-1.11.0-1.fc31.noarch

Comment 2 Ondrej Dubaj 2019-11-18 09:13:20 UTC
As no package depends on hibernate and class mvn(org.hibernate.common:hibernate-commons-annotations) is already orphaned, we are aiming to orphan also hibernate package. If you have a reason, that hibernate should stay in fedora, let us know please.
