python3-pyro-4.71-9.fc32.noarch fails to install in Fedora rawhide:

  nothing provides python3.8dist(serpent) >= 1.24 needed by python3-pyro-4.71-9.fc32.noarch

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 32 development cycle.
Changing version to 32.

I am having this issue on 31 as well, but it's python3.7dist
