Incorrect empty state message for installed operators page
This is only a problem in the empty state message itself and only a bug in 4.3. When no installed operators for one namespace, it shows No Operators Found No Operators are available for project <project_name>. Verified on 4.3.0-0.nightly-2019-11-13-233341 Created attachment 1636350 [details]
