Description Sergio Pascual 2019-11-11 14:30:11 UTC
Spec URL: https://guaix.fis.ucm.es/~spr/fedora/python-astroplan.spec
SRPM URL: https://guaix.fis.ucm.es/~spr/fedora/python-astroplan-0.5-1.fc32.src.rpm
Description: astroplan is an observation planning package for
astronomers that can help you plan for everything but the clouds.
It is an in-development Astropy affiliated package that seeks to make your
life as an observational astronomer a little less infuriating.

%{?python_enable_dependency_generator} is not needed on all existing Fedora versions.

URL should be https://pypi.org/project/astroplan/

Can you not run tests? They seem to be available in the tarball.

Fedora 29 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2019-11-26. Fedora 29 is
no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further
security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug.

If you can reproduce this bug against a currently maintained version of
Fedora please feel free to reopen this bug against that version. If you
are unable to reopen this bug, please file a new report against the
current release. If you experience problems, please add a comment to this
bug.

Thank you for reporting this bug and we are sorry it could not be fixed.

Comment 3 Sergio Pascual 2019-12-07 16:13:03 UTC
I have updated the URL. regrading the tests, it's unfortunate but some of them break without network. As a mater of fact, the test collection breaks without network. The tests require an external service to query the coordinates of objects. I have added the code for testing in the spec but I'm allowing the tests to fail for the time being. This is something to report upstream

Comment 4 Elliott Sales de Andrade 2019-12-10 04:33:32 UTC
I have no Internet right now, which makes it impossible to run fedora-review, so I'm unassigning the reviews I have for the time being.

 - Please bump to 0.6

Package approved.
