Description of problem:
Pod logs are allowed to grow indefinitely and not being rotated.
This is causing issues with logging as well.

4.3

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Produce pod logs
2. Watch log files in /var/log/pods/
3.

Actual results:
1 single file growing indefinitely

Expected results:
1 active log file, 4 rotated (3 of which should be compressed)
