The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.
Description of problem:
Using toxml_f() on a libcomps.Comps() object yields correct xml except it omits type="mandatory" though it includes type="optional" and type="default" just fine.

1. Go into a python3 shell
2. Read in a test xml file:
>>> import libcomps
>>> comps = libcomps.Comps()
>>> ccomps.fromxml_f("test.xml")
3. Create an xml file from this Comps object:
>>> comps.toxml_f("test_output.xml")
4. If you used even one of libcomps own test xml files,

you can observe on line 134 the amanda-client as an example has type="mandatory" in the original xml but it does not show up in the newly created xml.
