Updated to 1.0.1 in Victoria https://review.rdoproject.org/r/#/c/28787/. RDO Train+ releases contains 0.16.0 which don't have the mentioned flaw. Releases before train have 0.14.1 as per upper-constraints, but since it only happens when werkzeug.debug is used and issue is moderate not updating for older releases.
