Description of problem:
The network attachment definitions UI should only be displayed when CNV is installed and should only support the CNV Linux bridge network type at the moment.

verified on 4.3.0-0.nightly-2019-11-21-122827:
- if CNV is not installed, the network attachment definition is not displayed. 
- if CNV is installed, the type only supports bridge.
