Description of problem:
- While creating the client rpm on the RHUA server, there should be option to add repositories depending on the current requirements as enabled/disabled.

How reproducible:
- Easily

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to the rhui-manager
2. Start adding repositories and create the clientrpm
3. All the added repositories in the clientrpm are added as enabled set of repositories.

Actual results:
- Repositories in the clientrpm are added as enabled set of repositories.

Expected results:
- Able to add repositories in the clientrpm as enabled and disabled set of repositories.
