I don't see this happening in 4.4, moving it to 4.5. Feel free to change if you manage to pick it up.

See the linked PR, which adds `oc adm catalog mirror` support to mac and windows.

`oc adm catalog build` remains linux-only, and will be deprecated in the near future.
